PRESSURE TEST OF PLATE HEAT EXCHANGERS

We recommend that Plate Exchangers be tested once a year.

This service is intended for machines, which seem to be good working order, but to assure that no internal leaking is occurring between upstream and downstream flow.

In site Pressure test will be a quick and easy way to clarify this.

This test can be carried out when the machines are closed to clarify that each section can hold 5 bar pressure. If a pressure drop occurs, this indicates cracks or pinholes in the plate package.
